Returns & Exchanges Policy



Your satisfaction means everything to us. We are extremely confident that our LED grow lights will provide you with a spectacular garden and exceed your expectations of harvest, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please contact us here or at We will work with you in every way to resolve any issues, and replace you product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue, please be patient as we are not a large company and have limited staff, but we get back to everyone as soon as possible as expected.


We aim to make your returns as stress-free as possible for you. You are responsible for return shipping charges, packaging and all other shipping charges. We most times will cover the return shipping charges back to you, however, please be aware in advance you are responsible for all shipping charges.  Returns are further subject to the return policy dates below. 

Items advertised on our store and sold from external websites (i.e., eBay, etc) are not subject to any of our policies and you must obtain your warranty, guarantee or repairs through your seller.

Please request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping information before returning any merchandise.  You must have a RMA number with your return or it may not be accepted.   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact Intenze LED Lights before returning any and all items.'s return policy for a full-refund or replacement varies depending on the series of LED grow lights. When purchasing your product(s), you agree to the return policies and dates stated below. The individual return days for each series of LED Grow lights are as follows:

  • Intenze Grow Series (2 light limit on all models): 30 days return / 2 years warranty
  • Intenze Signature Series (one light return limit per customer): 30 days return / 7 years warranty
  • All other products not listed above: 30 days

To be eligible for a 100% full refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear. There is 'security seals' and 'tamper resistant seals' on every LED Light we build, and these stickers must all be intact and not tampered or destroyed in any way or we will not accept the return.  If there is any missing pieces, packaging or damaged pieces we will not accept the return.   

All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers, documents) must be present when returned.

For a single item returned within the return window for any reason, a 10-20%% restocking fee may apply. A 15% restocking fee may apply for more than one item returned within the return window. Returns outside of the individual return windows will not be refunded. Order cancellation is offered only in the event that the light has not yet shipped, otherwise, a 10-20% restocking fee will apply if the order was already processed. 

No returns allowed on custom products or specifically designed lights, tailored lights, etc.

*In extreme cases, we refuse the right to offer returns and refunds on any and all items after the product(s) has/have been shipped.


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), you are responsible for all shipping charges to us and back to you, we most times will cover return shipping but we are no obligated to do so. If damaged, please ensure you reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product is damaged at delivery, otherwise a full refund may not be possible. is not responsible for any merchandise lost during or at delivery or damaged in transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product(s) to reach you, may vary. Allow up to 3-4 weeks in rare cases. Some remote areas may take longer depending on your carrier.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to you or original method of payment within 7-10 days from the time we receive it. 

We usually refund with the same method of payment you used to purchase any item, however, we sometimes will use paypal or whatevr method is most convenient for us at the time.   PayPal is both safe and effective as well as Western Union or direct bank deposits.  We are not obligated to use the same method you purchased with.


If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again.  
Then contact your credit card company, Paypal, etc it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

After your purchase, the product is subject to warranty policy. These policies may be found on the website or by contacting us for a copy via email. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. Gift cards are non-returnable.
