IntenzeLEDLights.com has adopted a new layer of security in its packaging and shipping routine. Occasionally mistakes occur, resulting in the customer not receiving all or part of their purchase. Going forward every outgoing order is digitally videoed with a time stamp (Date, Time and Tracking Number if available, located on shipping receipt). This method of ‘time stamping’ assures that all of our customers receive their intended items and that they are properly packed and not damaged by transport when it arrives. In the event that you do not receive any portion of your order or your order is visually or otherwise damaged, please contact us immediately. In some cases, you may receive one or more of your items from a different location due to availability. We retain all videos and do not give them to customers unless requested with proper reason that we deem fit to send you the video document.
We pride ourselves on our shipping standards. Packages are discreetly & safely packaged by IntenzeLEDLights.com and are generally shipped within three business days from the time we receive full payment for your order. Please understand when selecting 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping that the delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves IntenzeLEDLights.com. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon the order leaving IntenzeLEDLights.com. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and are insured up to $100.00. Should you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please select “NO SIGNATURE” or contact us via email after you place your order from the Contact Us page of our website to let us know your request.
We now offer Free Shipping on most orders over $3000 to the Canada! This excludes oversized items, heavy items, and items being shipped via Freight carrier or any carrier that is not considered our 'Standard' carrier. If additional charges apply, you will be notified. Free Shipping applies to the CANADA ONLY with our preferred shipping methd if you wish the free shipping option. You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), Truck Freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
• Orders over $3000.00 qualify for free shipping, however exclusions apply on select items (heavy oversized, and generally difficult to ship products). If there is a shipping fee on the shopping cart page, this is because one or more of the items in the cart does not qualify for free shipping option.
• Though we keep a well-stocked inventory, there may be times that we do not have a product in stock and need to produce or build your item to meet our highest quality controls. IntenzeLEDLights.com will do our best to have all orders not in stock to be built, assembled, tested and shipped within 2-3 weeks maximum. Please be patient as we are not mass producers and have to assure each item that leaves here passes our extremely high quality control standards. IntenzeLEDLights.com generally has 'no stock' items built, tested and shipped with 2-3 weeks maximum during busy or peek periods.
• All international orders may or will be subject to duties, taxes and/or tariffs imposed by the local governments, as well as possible brokerage fees imposed by the shipping company. By purchasing any items from IntenzeLEDLights.com, International customers must agree to be liable for any and all of these charges. We will do our best to assure you save the most possible to charges. If you purchase any of our items as a 'gift' for someone, we will clearly mark it as a gift. International shipments may also be subject to delays due to customs and import procedures. IntenzeLEDLights.com has no control over any delays in an item passing through customs and cannot be held responsible for any such delays.
• Overnight Delivery is subject to availability and regional restrictions, some CANADA orders may be shipped next day if available in your checkout cart.
• Address Changes – We ship ship out our items on a daily basis and are not able to make address changes. When you are checking out, please make sure the shipping address is absolutely correct. If it is not, please update this information before checking out so that the correct information is on the order form. We are not responsible for improper or mis-spelled information you provide us with.
• Inspect your package upon arrival! If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, refuse the package and notify us immediately. We make every effort to pack your order efficiently and safely to withstand damage. Please call us if a situation occurs and we will assist you in making a shipping claim the best we can.
